This is a selection of projects I have realized in my personal environment. Client projects and references from my freelance work will be showcased elsewhere in the near future.
Passion
When I am not at the Mac, I am at the workbench or in the workshop: I build and rebuild. What drives me are classic US sports cars, the speed on the Nordschleife and the appeal of making old things as good as new again with my own hands.
Gearhead
Whether engine, gearbox or electrics: my heart beats for wrenching on old cars, especially American ones. My big project is my 1982 Pontiac Firebird Trans Am, which I have been restoring since 2014 and turning into K.I.T.T. from „Knight Rider“.
RC Modeller
Small models, big enthusiasm: at 1:10 scale, it all started when I was a kid. While others spent their time in front of the monitor, RC modelling is where I built my technical understanding.
Sim Racer
25 km, 73 corners, 200 bpm. When I am not wrenching or driving in real life, I am at least wrenching or driving virtually – hunting for the last tenths of a second through the Green Hell on a triple-screen sim rig.
